Patrick Hull is a prolific entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience creating, launching and guiding successful companies and investments. Hull has a passion for marketing innovations and has a history of identifying and implementing new approaches that improve existing business processes and generate significant value. He has led two of his companies through public acquisitions.

In 1998, Hull revolutionized the transportation and logistics industry with the creation of GetLoaded.com, the first online freight matching service for long-haul truckers. For 10 years, he led the company to national prominence; in 2008, he led the public sale of GetLoaded.com to Roper Technologies.

In 2002, Hull founded Phull Holdings, an investment firm enabling him to continue his financial interests in companies that span transportation, technology, entertainment, real estate, energy, insurance and mobile applications. That same year, he launched FreightCheck, specializing in freight bill factoring for owner operators and small trucking companies. In 2009, he led the public sale of FreightCheck to Bibby Financial Services.

Hull has a wide range of international business experience in the areas of marketing, joint venture negotiations, corporate development and strategic planning. He holds a B.S. in Building Construction and a M.S. in Construction Management from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
